Meet Helen - experienced counsellor and integrative wellbeing coach

I’m a qualified, ACC-registered counsellor with over 10 years of counselling and health coaching experience.

My professional journey began in the fitness and Pilates world, where I supported people to connect with their bodies through movement. Following a significant back injury over 10 years ago, I experienced first-hand how deeply our physical, emotional and mental health are connected. That lived experience led me into counselling and therapeutic work.

Since then, I’ve worked with individuals in long-term counselling and solution-focused coaching, designed training for wellbeing coaches, facilitated reflective practice groups, and recently completed a postgraduate certificate in Peer Open Dialogue Family Therapy.

I work integratively, tailoring sessions to the individual, and place great importance on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. My aim is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, increase self-awareness and begin to move from surviving to thriving.
